Separated road infrastructure areas like ports, industrial plants, container terminals, are used by different EVUs ( rail traffic enterprise ) and other infrastructure users. For the operator of the road area the following duties arise:
- Capture of all waggon movements and waggon state times to provide suitable invoices for the different infrastructure users
- Documentation, or proof about the waggon state by entry or exit in the railway arena to regulate claim for damages.
